   Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. PuneEShop.com accepts no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any order without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed but PuneEShop.com is not responsible for any errors.

PRICING 
    
   Prices displayed on PuneEShop.com are subject to change without prior notice. However PuneEShop.com will make every effort to inform the customer about any such changes before the delivery of goods.

ORDERING    
    
   1.Orders are accepted  both on-line and off-line (by phone, fax or through our personal sales network).  
  
PAYMENT
    1. For residents of Pune, if delivery is to be made to the same address as the registered one, payment can be made on delivery.
    2. For residents of Pune, if delivery is to be made to an address other than the registered one (such as when sending a gift), payment has to be made in advance.
    3. For those resident outside Pune, payment is always to be made in advance.
    4. We also accept payments in the form of DD, Money Order and Credit Cards. (Master/Visa)
    5. Payments in the form of DD's should be made in favour of Net Savant payable at Pune.
    6. For all Money Order payments, the order will be processed as soon as we receive the money.
    7. For payment through Money Order the address is:

    8. Please remember to write clearly your Order Number on the reverse side of the DD and in the case of Money Order, in the given message area.     
    
DELIVERY

1. Free Home Delivery for all items.
    2. Delivery time of 24 hrs to 48 hrs if in stock, if not a maximum of 1 week. (Applies only to payment by Cash on Delivery)
    3. Delivery of the products is subject to its availability.
    4. Delivery of goods paid for through DD or Money Order will be made as soon as we receive payment.
    5. PuneEShop.com will not be held responsible for non-availability of products. However we will make all efforts to inform the customer of such unavailability. 
    6. PuneEShop.com reserves the right to deny service without assigning any reason.
    7. Delivery can be made for all products anywhere in Pune and some products anywhere in India.   
    
Returns and Replacement Policy 
    Cancellation of orders can be made  NOT LATER THAN  2 days prior to the scheduled date of delivery.
    Opened defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product only.
    Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without any fee. Replacement product will be sent out on receipt of the returned product by PuneEShop.com without additional delivery charges.

Claims/Disputes  
    All claims and disputes will be subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
